Our Topic: How do I balance caring for my employees and comply with all the new regulations? Come to get clarity around Seattle and state laws covering minimum wage, secure scheduling, paid sick/safe time, wage theft prevention, and other perplexing ordinances. We may also discuss the key differences between employees and independent contractors, as well as the concept of at-will employment since these topics are still commonly misunderstood.
