DESCRIPTION:SLT Strength Fest 2026   Bigger\, Stronger & Back for Year Two!\n\nStrong Life Training is bringing Strength Fest back to White Center on Saturday\, August 22nd!\n\nHosted at Strong Life Training\, White Center's premium strength & conditioning facility\, Strength Fest is a FREE community event bringing together fitness\, wellness\, local businesses\, families\, food\, and plenty of fun   all in one place.\n\nAfter welcoming 350+ people in our first year\, we're expecting 500+ attendees for 2026 and have an even bigger event planned!\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\n	25+ local vendors\n	35+ community partners\n	Deadlift & bench press competitions\n	$3\,000 in deadlift competition prize money\n	Recovery & contrast therapy zone\n	Kids zone\n	Dunk tank benefiting a local rugby team\n	Food\, drinks & local businesses\n	Fitness challenges\n	Giveaways & raffle prizes\n	FREE open gym access\n	And more throughout the day!\n\n\nStrength Fest begins at 11 AM on Saturday\, August 22nd at Strong Life Training in White Center.\n\nRSVP   Even If You're Already an SLT Member!\n\nWe're asking everyone planning to attend to RSVP.
