The event is open to members and prospective members of the WSCC\, giving this group the opportunity to network and build relationships that will enrich their efforts to sustain and grow their business. A treat of complimentary refreshments and a tour of their new facility will be enjoyed by all.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA note from Westside School...\n\n \n\n\n\nFor more than three decades\, Westside School - accredited by NWAIS as an Independent School - has been dedicated to helping children grow in a caring\, creative and collaborative environment. With students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade\, our community is one full of spirit\, individuality\, curiosity and commitment to exploring the world. Our talented faculty and staff thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to engage with students\, both through our thoughtful curriculum and beyond the classroom. We are so thrilled to welcome community members to the new campus\, our permanent home for Westside School. In collaboration with the Westside School Project Team\, Westside School worked with Sundberg Kennedy Ly-Au Young Architects\, Kirtley Cole\, LLC\, General Contractor\, and Union Bank\, Financing Partner to create permanent space for our students\, faculty and staff.\n\n\n\nFeatures of the new campus include:\n\n\n \n 53\,000 square feet and 27 classrooms\n \n \n Light-filled\, child-centered work spaces including Art and Music rooms\n \n \n A beautiful library with light and views\, and a large conference room\n \n \n Separate team-oriented Middle School classrooms including World Language classrooms and a Tech/Design Lab\n \n \n Assembly space to seat over 4 50 people and a gym to host home athletic events\n \n \n Conference rooms for staff\, faculty\, student and volunteer collaboration\n \n \n A large lunch room adjacent to the playgrounds\n \n \n Learning technology in every classroom\n \n \n Generous community gathering spaces\n \n \n State-of-the-art security with comfort of students and teachers in mind\n \n\n\n We hope you'll join us as we celebrate our new home!
