You will learn how to open your awareness to experience the outdoors in a whole new way!\n\n\n\nJessica Hancock\, MS\, ND\, is a naturopathic physician who uses mindfulness in her private practice in Shoreline\, and as a teacher with Mindful in the Wild. As a former forest ecologist\, she also loves connecting patients to the healing benefits of nature. Deborah Wilk\, MA\, LMFT has been a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 30 years and is a cofounder of Mindful in the Wild. While her private practice is in Issaquah\, Deborah does sessions in wild places all around the Puget Sound area.
