DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of Neighbors Helping Neighbors. For more than 25 years\, the West Seattle Helpline has assisted the working poor in West Seattle by providing one-time financial assistance to those facing an emergency need due to unemployment\, health crisis\, or time of transition. The Helpline also refers those in needto other community resources that may assist in getting them back on their feet. Last year the West Seattle Helpline provided support to over 3\,500 of our neighbors. Despite these efforts\, we must turn away families every month and the need continues to rise.
