Through the use of real-life case studies\, discover four primary problem-solving tools\, learn a format for group problem-solving\, methods for effective decision-making and techniques to minimize conflict and dissension. This course concludes with an interactive problem-solving group exercise. Concepts taught in this course can be applied to all facets of life.\n\n\n\nClass is taught by Sara Johnson a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics\, conducting leadership\, problem solving\, and communication workshops with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College\, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University\, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants in her interactive learning workshops.
