Take all six sessions in the series to enhance your professional toolbox with skills to be used in a variety of workplace situations.\n\n\n\nTopics include: Working with Difficult People\, Developing Your Leadership Style\, Communication Skills in the Workplace\, Getting the Most from your Meetings\, Critical Thinking\, & Change Management.\n\n\n\nSara Johnson\, your instrucotr\, provides both a Supervision Certificate and a Leadership Certificate program\, as well as customized training\, for potential\, new\, and existing levels of management in an organization in Washington State. In addition\, Sara is a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics\, conducting leadership\, problem solving\, and communication workshops\, as well as many others\, with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College\, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University\, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants of her interactive learning workshops.
