Anticipatory Grief Group at The Kenney

Listening to Grief has partnered with The Kenney to offer a monthly Anticipatory Grief Group.

Also called “pre-grief,” you may be experiencing anticipatory grief if you are expecting a loss that has not yet happened, such as due to a terminal illness, and are grieving in advance.

The purpose of the group is to share, witness, and reflect on an upcoming loss and the emotions and conflicts that knowing someone we love will die. Have your feelings seen, heard, and understood, without pressure to share in a safe and confidential community of other grievers.
