Communication Skills in the Workplace~ Professional Workshop through Continuing Education at South Seattle

Communication skills are vital in today’s workplace.  In this course you will identify the four primary communication styles, learn how to recognize your style as well as the styles of others, and how to overcome common communication roadblocks and barriers.

Class is taught by Sara Johnson a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics, conducting leadership, problem solving, and communication workshops with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants in her interactive learning workshops.
