Conscious Connections

At Conscious Connections you will find community, conversation, and a welcoming space to share, create, and meditate on subjects that bring us closer to ourselves. Research continues to show how deeply the loneliness epidemic has affected so many of us since the global pandemic. Our hope is to help ease that sense of isolation one heartfelt conversation and meaningful connection at a time.

Emma (Revitalize Spa) and Tamara (Listening to Grief) have created an intimate space where we can come together to talk openly and honestly about what we’re feeling and experiencing. Each month, we’ll lift each other up by tapping into the energy and supportiveness of everyone in the room.

A minimum donation of $10 is appreciated to help cover space and event costs; all are welcome regardless of contribution. Donations will be collected at the door; cash and card are accepted.
