Critical thinking is one of the most valued skills in today’s workplace. Employers need employees who can analyze situations, gather the facts, generate creative solutions, use good judgement and turn mistakes into new opportunities. In this workshop, learn the Critical Thinking 6 stage model, the 7 powers of questions, and focused brainstorming techniques to critically analyze problems and situations.
Sara Johnson provides both a Supervision Certificate and a Leadership Certificate program, as well as customized training, for potential, new, and existing levels of management in an organization in Washington State. In addition, Sara is a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics, conducting leadership, problem solving, and communication workshops, as well as many others, with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants of her interactive learning workshops.
