Heart Tending Grief Workshop with Listening to Grief and Daish Wellness and Coaching
All grief is welcome. The death of a loved one always brings grief, but we also feel grief over any big change, including divorce or break ups, job loss, the death of a pet, a move to a new city, and other big changes. We can also feel grief for the collective, brought on by war or climate change, and because of ancestral trauma. It's all welcome here.
