Please join me at this Introduction to Hellerwork presentation at Bend'n'Move Yoga studio.

Hellerwork Structural Integration is a system of bodywork/massage therapy that imrpoves overall posture and joint function while easing pain and tension. Sessions leave you feeling lighter and more graceful. Movement education is included in each session for standing, walking and sitting so that you not only maintain the benefits over time, but you progressively have less and less tension and pain as you age. 

A free session raffle will take place as well as discounts for sessions if you sign up the day of the event.
