Members, Non-Members, and Guests can enjoy a FREE workout, Group Exercise class demonstrations, food & drink samples, live entertainment, and MORE! Take a tour of our facitlity and see all of the renovations and new equipment. This is our way of thanking our members and the community for their continued support.
