Description
Join BendnMove for a 2-hour workshop introducing you to essential oils, what they are, how to use them, and how to make gifts to yourself and others for nurturing your well-being. We will have a supplies on hand for you to make an essential oil product to take home with you either as a gift or for yourself.
Your cost is $50 which includes instruction, recipes, and take home product. We will have yummy treats and beverages to keep your tummy happy.
Tamara will lead you through Ayurvedic practices for self-massage and how to assess what essential oils are good for balancing the chakras. Lori will introduce you to DoTerra Essential Oils and provide recipes for making products that you can use at home or as gifts.
