Description
This one-session class introduces you to the concept of mindfulness, and offers practical tools and exercises that you can use to recharge during the day. The exercises are simple, short and can be used at the office or at home.
Class is taught by Danielle Sewell began her mindfulness practice a decade ago, and is passionate about the power mindfulness has to create a sense of ease and well-being for just about anyone. Danielle teaches and leads personal development courses in the Seattle Colleges and beyond, and first began leading mindfulness meditation groups while attending business school at MIT in 2012. Danielle finds great joy in sharing these tools with others, and is particularly excited to provide practical exercises and ideas for busy adults at South Seattle Continuing Education!
