In this course discover what motivates people, how to resuscitate motivation and how personality affects motivation. You will also learn how to give clear and motivating directions, set realistic and achievable standards and provide effective feedback, praising good results and correcting unsatisfactory performance
Class is taught by Sara Johnson a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics, conducting leadership, problem solving, and communication workshops with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants in her interactive learning workshops.
