What do you do when you feel bombarded by nonstop change? When initiating change yourself, do you experience resistance when trying to get the support of others? This interactive workshop will help you better understand the impact of change and help others navigate through the phases of change. In addition, learn to manage resistance to change while planning successful change efforts.
Sara Johnson provides both a Supervision Certificate and a Leadership Certificate program, as well as customized training, for potential, new, and existing levels of management in an organization in Washington State. In addition, Sara is a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics, conducting leadership, problem solving, and communication workshops, as well as many others, with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants of her interactive learning workshops.
