Communication skills are vital in today’s workplace. In this course, you will identify the four primary communication styles, learn how to recognize your style as well as the styles of others, and how to overcome common communication roadblocks and barriers.
Sara Johnson provides both a Supervision Certificate and a Leadership Certificate program, as well as customized training, for potential, new, and existing levels of management in an organization in Washington State. In addition, Sara is a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics, conducting leadership, problem solving, and communication workshops, as well as many others, with numerous companies in the state.
