Description
Counseling West Seattle's therapy group for New Mothers is open for enrollment!
First group session date is to be determined, pending sufficient member count.
Hosted by Dr. Aubrey Hardesty, Psy.D and Emily Rohrdanz, MSW, LSWAIC, the group will meet every other Wednesday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm in person at Counseling West Seattle's offices on California Avenue. The group is open to first-time mothers of children 18 months and younger, and will discuss topics like coping skills, self-expression, and community-building. Children are welcome to attend as needed.
Prospective participants will have an initial one-on-one session to ensure that this group is right for them.
