Stay with me a The Starry Night Inn, a beautiful Seaside, Oregon hotel full of art, color and coziness for a restorative 3-day, 2-night wellness retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected—to yourself and to others.
We will have food from a local caterer provided, yoga classes throughout the weekend, group walks, time to journal and great conversation with periods to enjoy the silence between. Everything is optional, come to what serves you and leave the rest!
