Description
Develop your leadership, communication, motivation, and problem-solving skills with this workshop-based series. Take all six sessions in the series to enhance your professional toolbox with skills to be used in a variety of workplace situations.
Topics include: Working with Difficult People, Developing Your Leadership Style, Communication Skills in the Workplace, Getting the Most from your Meetings, Critical Thinking, & Change Management.
Sara Johnson, your instrucotr, provides both a Supervision Certificate and a Leadership Certificate program, as well as customized training, for potential, new, and existing levels of management in an organization in Washington State. In addition, Sara is a Principal with the consulting group Executive Dynamics, conducting leadership, problem solving, and communication workshops, as well as many others, with numerous companies in the state. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from Oberlin College, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership and Small Group Dynamics from City University, Sara provides a wealth of knowledge to the participants of her interactive learning workshops.
