Counseling West Seattle's Women's therapy group is open for enrollment!
Hosted by Dr. Aubrey Hardesty, the group meets every other Monday from 5:00-6:30 pm in person at Counseling West Seattle's offices on California Avenue. The group is open to women 30 years of age or older who have some prior therapy experience, and will discuss topics including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and friend/family dynamics, among others.
Prospective participants will have an initial one-on-one session with Dr. Hardesty to ensure that this group is right for them.
