The way we communicate in business has changed dramatically since COVID-19. We are emailing information that we used to tell personally. We are video calling i.e. Zoom to be able to give that personal touch. Are you being effective with these changes?
Cynthia Kaiser is a public speaker and founder of Kaiser Advisors, offering strategies for business communication in a virtual world.
After 20 years in-house as a Chief Marketing Officer for various AMLaw 200 law firms, Cynthia founded Kaiser Advisors LLC to share her passion by helping others to communicate more effectively. Cynthia adapts a communication theory called Attachment as a framework to assist individuals and organizations modify negative communication behavior to cultivate and sustain professional relationships. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis on understanding communication behavior and published a book exploring the connection between communication behavior and attachment styles entitled "Understanding Attachment Styles in Communication Behavior". Her recent speaking engagements include "Marketing and Business Development Workshop" for Seattle University Law School's Incubator Program in February 2020 and also conducted a webinar "Marketing and Business Development 101" for the Washington State Bar in January 2020.
