About Us
The Highland Park Improvement Club (HPIC) has been a resource for the Highland Park and Riverview neighborhoods for over 100 years. When times are good, it is a gathering place for music, dance, food, and fun. When times are hard, it is a place of mutual aid and support. And during all times, it is the heart of the community - a place for connection and service.
