James Boutin is an educator, facilitator, and coach who specializes in working with personal and organizational conflict. He holds masters degrees in education and process-oriented facilitation. James has experience teaching generative conflict practices as well as facilitating active conflict in a wide range of contexts from relationships, family systems, and public schools, to nonprofit and policymaking spaces. He is also a phase two student, academic advisor, and course producer at the Processwork Institute of Portland, Oregon. He lives in West Seattle with his partner Emily.
