In addition to my 17+ years in real estate, I worked 7 years as a portfolio association manager for condos and HOAs at Morris Management, Inc. I assisted as many as 1,500 homeowners in 11 communities, worked closely with the Board of Directors, and oversaw many property repair and maintenance projects. During that time I held esteemed CMCA & AMS designations.
