I have lived in West Seattle for more than thirty years.  I grew up in Massachusetts, graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont, then moved to Seattle for law school, graduating from the University of Washington School of Law in 1991.     

I have had a lifelong passion for animals, and have worked as a veterinary assistant, a dog walker, and a volunteer keeper assistant at the Woodland Park Zoo.  I live with an ever-shifting menagerie that currently includes an elderly lab mix and a tuxedo cat.   I have two fabulous grown kids, and enjoy close relationships with my extended family, who have all moved to West Seattle over the years.   

I have been practicing business law since 2008, and opened my own practice in early 2016.  I enjoy working with small business owners to help them run their businesses in compliance with law while minimizing their business risks.
