Randy is the founder & principal of Randy Gardiner Growth Coaching and was a managing partner with Decisions Processes International in the U.S., a Global Strategic Thinking Consulting Firm. He’s led business development and strategic planning initiatives with companies from $ 1.7 billion to start-ups but really enjoys working with mid-sized companies ($ 5-$100 million and 30 to 500 people). “Why? I’ve been there.”
He brings a wealth of experience in business leadership and strategic thinking from 25 years as CEO of Red Dot Corporation, a $130M global engineering, manufacturing, and distribution company. Randy was honored by Seattle Business magazine as its Manufacturing Executive of the Year in 2012.
