SLT Strength Fest 2026 — Bigger, Stronger & Back for Year Two!

Strong Life Training is bringing Strength Fest back to White Center on Saturday, August 22nd!

Hosted at Strong Life Training, White Center’s premium strength & conditioning facility, Strength Fest is a FREE community event bringing together fitness, wellness, local businesses, families, food, and plenty of fun — all in one place.

After welcoming 350+ people in our first year, we’re expecting 500+ attendees for 2026 and have an even bigger event planned!

• Deadlift & bench press competitions
• $3,000 in deadlift competition prize money

Strength Fest begins at 11 AM on Saturday, August 22nd at Strong Life Training in White Center.

Local Businesses: Want Some Extra Exposure?

We are also accepting donated items, gift cards, services, or experiences for our Strength Fest raffle.

Throughout the event, raffle donations will receive recurring shoutouts over the microphone, including a brief introduction to the business that donated the item and what is being raffled.

With 500+ attendees expected, it’s an easy way for local businesses to support a free community event while getting their name, product, or service directly in front of hundreds of local attendees.
