Description
Saturday October 24th 2-6pm
Wild blackberries, savory garrigue, crushed stone, and vibrant, food-friendly acidity—Carignan is one of the most expressive, character-rich grapes in the world when given the right terrain.
To mark Carignan Day, we’re hosting a dedicated tasting from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 24. For $25, you’ll journey through a lineup designed to reveal Carignan’s surprising versatility—contrasting fresh, lifted, fruit-forward styles against deeply structured, brooding expressions born from century-old vines.
Food & Pairings:
-
Cassoulet Special ($20): Chef Remy’s slow-cooked, deeply comforting cassoulet, served warm by the bowl with fresh bread. Prepared ahead of time so the rich, savory flavors can fully integrate, it's built to cut through Carignan’s bright acidity and grippy tannins. Food is purchased separately, and pre-ordering your cassoulet bowl is strongly recommended to guarantee a portion.
-
Regular Menu: Our standard menu items will also be available for purchase throughout the event.
Come curious, taste the spectrum of old-vine intensity, and see why Carignan remains an absolute favorite at the bar. Tickets are $25—reserve yours today!
