Gaslighting women’s health concerns is an ongoing issue. This is the paradigm I’m working to shift by always listening with curiosity and an open mind.
As a woman who has had her own hormonal challenges - extensive birth control use, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and now perimenopause - I can relate to what you might be feeling and experiencing with your own hormonal and gut symptoms. For many years, I was out of tune with my body. By utilizing nutritional therapy techniques, I have been able to reduce symptoms and provide my body with the support it needs.
My goal is to help you overcome your symptoms and establish a healthy and nourishing relationship with food.
